Boxing Club/Fitness Club

Jaywick Sands Community Forum was proud to open up in the area the first boxing club funded and supported by Active Essex, Sports England and the National Lottery, but sadly was unable to secure a new lease in the community so we decided to look for an alternative to insure the residents still have these facilities.

 

We have teamed up with Seconds Out Gym, owner Gareth Bayford and his team. We made the decision to donate all the boxing equipment to Seconds Out Gym to insure this legacy continues.

Gareth himself and his family are local residents in Jaywick and do a lot for the community. In our opinion he is the man for the job to see this continues for many years to come. We will continue to work together on this project and many more to come.
